The Maison
Pieces designed to find their place.
Maison Kaylor imagines outdoor pieces that converse with the places that host them.
We work solid wood and stainless steel as architectural materials. Proportions, lines, textures and uses are considered together, so each piece settles naturally into its surroundings.
Every creation is born of a place, an intention and a way of living outdoors.
Private residence, terrace, pool-house, hotel or restaurant: the piece adapts to the project, never the other way round.

From the workshop to the terrace
A piece is built, then finds its place.

The piece01
Pieces that give a place its identity.
Counters, tables, consoles, seating or fully bespoke creations: each piece is designed around its setting, its proportions and its use.

The experience02
Creating a place where people want to stay.
A piece of furniture can shape a space, spark an encounter, accompany a meal or stretch an evening. Maison Kaylor imagines pieces that are not merely looked at. They are made to be lived with.

The place03
When the piece naturally finds its place.
Private terrace, pool-house, hotel, restaurant or reception space: each creation converses with the architecture around it.

How we work with you
- 01
Listening
We start with the place, the architecture and your intention. Dimensions, uses, constraints and atmosphere: we first seek to understand the project before imagining the piece.
- 02
Design
From your project, we define proportions, materials, uses and finishes. No imposed catalogue. Each piece is designed for its context.
- 03
Fabrication
In our workshop, the piece takes shape. Solid wood, stainless steel, joinery and finishes are worked with precision, down to the smallest detail.
- 04
Installation
The piece finds its place. We handle delivery and oversee installation so it settles naturally into the space you imagined.

Frequently asked
Before bringing your project to life.
Where are Maison Kaylor pieces made?
Every piece is designed and made in the Landes, at our workshop in Mugron. From working the material to joinery and finishing, we follow each stage of fabrication before the piece joins its place.
Which materials do you use?
Maison Kaylor favours materials chosen for their character, their resilience and the way they age. Tropical hardwood, natural or charred, and stainless steel are today the signature of the house. Depending on the project, other materials and finishes can be considered.
Can a Maison Kaylor creation be adapted to my project?
Yes. Bespoke work is at the heart of what we do. Dimensions, layout, configuration, equipment, materials and finishes can all be studied according to the place and its uses. We don’t try to fit your project into an existing model: we imagine the piece that suits it.
How much does a bespoke creation cost?
Each creation is studied individually. Its price depends on its dimensions, configuration, materials, equipment and the level of finish you want. After discussing your project, we send you a tailored proposal.
What can Maison Kaylor create?
Maison Kaylor imagines pieces that bring outdoor spaces to life: counters, tables, seating, consoles and fully bespoke creations. Every project is different. Our craft is not to offer a collection to reproduce, but to create the piece that will naturally find its place in your surroundings.
Do you work with architects, landscape designers, pool builders and hotels?
Yes, it is a core part of what we do. We start from the project: site survey and technical constraints, itemised quote, making at the workshop with progress photos on request, then delivery and installation on site.
